New York Color Liquid Lipshine

Ok, so I decided to buy these lip shines because they were under 3 dollars and reviews looked good. You have no idea how awesome these are!!! I have City's Clear 574 and Fashion Ave Fuchsia 579.
They smell like vanilla. The applicator is funky, but I really like it. I don't know if you can tell, but it has a wide side and a narrow side. The narrow side curves slightly, following my lip shape. This makes it a breeze to apply. The last picture has my regular lips on top, and my lips plus Fashion Ave Fuchsia on the bottom. I definitely recommend this, plus it's cheap :)

First Impressions/Haul Friday

So I just went to Target and bought 3 things. (I know, Lame-o me). Anyways, I finally remembered to get an eyeshadow primer. (I'll talk about the other products later. I picked the e.l.f. one because I had heard great reviews and hey, it's a dollar.

This works pretty well. Eyeshadows are more vibrant and stay in one place that I can tell. Below is a picture of Ulta's eyeshadow in organza. The left has primer, the right does not. Look at the difference!!! I'm in love!!!

Hey guys, this is my first time blogging, and I really hope you will subscribe to this. A bit of background: I am 15 years old and am involved in dance and theater. I know I'm kind of young, but I absolutely love working with, buying, and wearing makeup. I will post lots of swatches of makeup, as well as probably sharing other things I've found recently. I am on a pretty strict budget, except for between October and about February because of my birthday (on October 4th) and Christmas.
